Although price is always important, once a company comes into your home, it is how they treat you and your belongings. These guys hit a Home Run on both fronts! Even booking with them was GREAT. When I explained what I needed they calculated how long it would take so we knew the price – it took 15 minutes longer and Never did they hurry, like they had more and better things to do! The arrival…15 minutes early with a call before arriving, and when the team arrived they introduced themselves and shook my hand. The team that was sent to me was incredible! I have unfortunately moved a lot, I will never use another company ever again! The price was reasonable and they finished in 3 hours… the team hustled, with also being safe. We have moved over 20 times with career relocation and retirement location moves. NO other mover has even come close to the service we received on our recent move with Manasota Movers. Every phase of the move was flawless. The process to get scheduled was very efficient; as well as the communication before, during, and after the move were outstanding. The men who did the actual move were kind, polite, respectful, and interactive with us. They were very client-centric. They treated all of our possessions with care by wrapping everything with appropriate blankets, shrink wrap, etc. The speed at which they loaded and unloaded was unmatched in all our moves. One of the men even showed us some features on our new power sofa when he was hooking it up in our new home that we didn’t even know existed – he outdid the furniture salesperson 🤣.
